Children Under 16 Not receiving services are frowned upon, if present they Must be supervised by you & your party at ALL times. WE ARE NOT BABYSITTERS!! If you expect us to babysit you will be charged at the rate of $60 an hr. ALL persons Under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. ALL fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, & subject to change. DO NOT enter work areas without direct verbal permission. NO PICTURES, expect during your parties procedure & ONLY pics of THAT procedure

RESPECTS 

Shows up on time for appointment! DON’T be LATE or EARLY 5-10 mins either way is acceptable. Call as soon as you can if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Night before or day of cancelation is NOT acceptable! Remember that as much fun as you may find it here we are at work and as such we must keep socializing time a minimum so we can focus on our professional priorities. We don’t want or care to hear about your homie tattoos in his/her basement!! If you feel we MUST know about them. Please give us there info so we can check them out 4 ourselves. YOU don’t go to Boston Pizza & tell them all about Wayne’s Pizza & Subs DONT BE RUDE!!!

For any procedure involving a Minor in Ontario law requires that the parents must be present to sign the paperwork, remain present during the procedure, and provide the studio with their ID, birth Certificate if minor having the procedure done. e.g. School ID: must be recent & have school year printed, College ID, Ontario ID, Military ID, Passport, and /or Passport Card.

   TATTOO TOUCH-UP

Tattoos done by our artist that requires a touch-up will be done ONCE free of charge so long as the touch-up is scheduled within 60 days of the original tattoo.(No call/No show will result in loss of free touch-up) A touch-up scheduled beyond 60 days from the initial tattoo date will carry a charge of $60. This is a kindness extended to our clients to ensure the highest quality of work. (Please note that this policy only applies to the artist responsible for making the tattoo, if you seek a touch up from an artist who did not tattoo the original piece they have the right to either decline the work out of professional courtesy of the another artist, of the right to charge appropriately for the work and time will take ). Touch-ups are done by appointment only on Monday & Tuesday, its is strongly recommended you stop in to see your artist to ensure that your tattoo is fully healed before booking the appointment. Aftercare is the full responsibility of the client; the tattoo is performed in accordance with the uppermost standards of the cleanliness. Once leaving the studio the tattoo will obviously be an open wound until the body heals itself. During this time and fully out of control of the artist, infection may occur as result of lax of aftercare or poor hygiene on the client’s part. The application of the tattoo is the job of the artist, but the healing process is fully in the hands of the client leaving the studio. Tattoo that are improperly cared for or placed in the areas advised against by the artist may not qualify for a free touch-up; e.g. hands, feet, finger, lips or necks, etc. it is not the burden of the artist to fix or change your tattoo for free because you later change your mind on the designs will be a union of compromise between the two parties. In the unlikely event of a mistake it is the duty of the artist to fix it for free. Please contact the studio as soon as possible to allow us to find the best and quickest solution.
